North Queensland Holiday: Day out on the Coast
While staying at Flying Fish Point, we spent a day visiting the local attractions including, visiting the South Johnstone Croc Farm, enjoying coffee at Mission Beach (and spotting a cassowary eating by the road side!), a scenic drive along the Canecutters Way and brief visit to Paronella Park as well as a picnic lunch at beautiful Etty Bay.
South Johnstone Croc Farm
Where you can see a variety of crocs and kangaroos as well as cassowaries, emus, peacocks and guinea fowl.

Jo with "fluffy" - how cute!
(I'm surrounded by crocs!)
Watch out Mr pademelon - there's a croc in the water and he looks hungry!

What's that skippy? You don't like to be patted on the head? Watch-out Jason...
Etty Bay
Our picnic and walk along with beach at Etty Bay
Paronella Park
An old European style theatre, restaurant, entertainment and gardens centre. You have to pay to go in, so we just took photos from the cool suspension bridge.
