North Queensland Holiday: Flying Fish Point

After an enjoyable stay in the Tablelands, we made our way back to the coast for the last leg of our trip, which was spent at Flying Fish Point (near Innisfail). On the way, we visited Ravenshoe (the highest town in Queensland), Millaa Millaa falls and the Mamu Rainforest Canopy walk. Here are photos of our trip as well as the B&B we stayed at at Flying Fish Point.

Ravenshoe

Queensland's highest town (and windiest) and also home to an awesome wind farm, which you can get close to! The farms' name? Windy Hill wind farm...how original.

Flying Fish Point Beachfront Bed & Breakfast

B&B

Lovely verandah - where you enjoy a delicious breakfast and where we spotted some dolphins playing in the South Johnstone River as the sun was setting one evening.
